I have made a concerted effort to start eating better. I am also exercising again, but, knowing that weight loss is only 20% exercise and 80% what you stuff in your maw, I am trying to be extra diligent in the diet department.
So far, so good.
Oatmeal with blueberries.
Green salad with diced ham and dill pickle juice for dressing (strange, but oddly satisfying)
Starbucks venti iced skinny cinnamon dolce latte for a mid-morning snack.
Cherries, as an afternoon snack.
Grilled tequila lime chicken and grilled onions and peppers.
Popcorn

Fiber: 34g
Protein: 99g
